| Project Description | This grant will be used to assist the Rockingham
Patnership for Economic Development with retaining 110 jobs at Glass
Dynamics plant in Rockingham County and creating 50 new positions. Funds
will be used to support training programs offered at Rockingham Community
College to increase the skill level and proficiency of new hires.
