Golden LEAF Foundation to hold special board meeting May 12, 2008

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C., May 9, 2008

The Golden LEAF Foundation, which assists economically distressed and tobacco-dependent communities across North Carolina, will hold a special meeting of its board of directors Monday, May 12, 2008 at 6 p.m. at the offices of Smith Moore, L.L.P., Two Hannover Square, Suite 2800, 434 Fayetteville St., Raleigh, NC 27601.

The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss an economic development proposal. Portions of the meeting may take place in closed session.
