Agriculture Our grants for agriculture projects have funded the development of new crops, expanded markets for agriculture products, scientific research, training for farmers, cost-effective techniques and value-added agricultural enterprises. Ultimately, we look to support new opportunities for North Carolina farmers and to take advantage of North Carolina's assets that will allow it to maintain its vibrant and important agricultural economy.
