ONLY ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRE-APPLICATION AND PROJECT ASSESSMENT (IF APPLICABLE) ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.
The application portal is expected to open on Wednesday, February 15. A link to the portal will be available on this page. The application guidelines refer to required documents for applications. The documents will be available on the Resources page by February 15.
