Description:

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to Alexander Central High School to support the implementation of a 1:1 technology project that would provide a Chromebook for every student and teacher at Alexander Central High School. The project is aimed at equipping students with 21st Century skills, broadening students’ options for learning and improving student engagement in learning. Golden LEAF funds will be used for the purchase of Chromebooks, wireless access points, computer casings (protective backpacks), electronic internet components, fiber optic cabling and professional development.
