The second component is to assist with construction of a building in Colerain to house the Bertie County Council on Aging’s Colerain Nutrition Site and Colerain Primary Care. The clinic will increase access to primary care, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and specialty cardiac care on a sliding fee scale for indigent and uninsured patients.
