The purpose of this project is to design and develop options for health care insurance for farm families. Phase 1 seeks to characterize the farm population targeted for the pilot study. Evaluation and development of this model would start with basic assessments of available health care resources, needs, risks, motivation, satisfaction, and economic and community impacts.
