Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will support expansion of the work of Blue Ridge Food Ventures, a value-added, shared use kitchen in western North Carolina. Blue Ridge Food Ventures has helped incubate over 100 food businesses, and is working to further develop the supply of locally grown and produced value added products and the demand for these products. Golden LEAF funds will be used to develop capacity to increase sales of items produced at Blue Ridge Food Ventures.
