Description:

The purpose of this grant is to fund Goshen Medical Center to purchase equipment to upfit a new medical facility in Tabor City. When fully staffed, the facility will have three providers, employ 13 to 15 staff members, and have the capacity to provide approximately 9,800 medical visits per year. Operating funding will be provided by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) new access point funding and patient revenues. Golden LEAF funds will be used for equipment, IT, and furnishings.
