Description:

Flooding from Hurricane Matthew washed out the city-maintained access road crossing a dam into the Rayconda Subdivision in Fayetteville. A temporary gravel road currently provides residents and emergency vehicles access to the community. This Golden LEAF grant will enable the City of Fayetteville to complete construction of a new roadway to be owned and maintained by the city. FEMA assistance is anticipated for a portion of the project.
