Description:

The purpose of this Golden LEAF grant is to provide continued support for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (IMM) training program for seasonal and displaced farm and factory workers to prepare them for positions in Wilson and surrounding counties. The program provides technical instruction, outreach, remedial and life skills training, case management, family support and job readiness training.
