Description:

This grant provides funding to the Town of Madison to upgrade its water treatment plant, increasing water supply available for growth along the US 220 corridor. The water will be serve businesses locating and expanding in the Town and will supply water for the state-funded infrastructure expansion in southern Rockingham County and northwestern Guilford County. Golden LEAF funds will be used for water treatment plant improvements.
