The purpose of this Golden LEAF grant is to assist Industrial Opportunities, Inc. with purchasing equipment necessary to manufacture 300,000 duffle bags for a U.S. Military contract valued at $4,686,000.00. The project will create 20 new jobs and retain another 63 at this non-profit organization.
