Description:

This grant provides funding to Murphy Medical Center, Inc. to expand operations of a primary care office into an express care facility that is open seven days a week and provides both comprehensive care for illnesses and preventive/wellness care. Specialists would also rotate through the practice. The project is expected to create 12 jobs at an average annual salary of $87,500 with paid health insurance. Golden LEAF dollars will be used for equipment.
