Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist in the transitioning of a former textile factory in the town of Star in Montgomery County into a business incubator. The project will provide facility improvements such as mechanical, electrical and structural, including construction of two permanent wood kilns, to help upfit 15,000 sq. ft. of space.
