Description:

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to the Southwestern Community College’s Balsam Advanced Manufacturing Network and its partner Tri-County Community College to connect and enhance advanced manufacturing training program options (short-term, certificate, diploma, degree and college transfer) and offer multiple entry and exit points throughout the pathway from high school through degree attainment. The project will allow SCC to share with Tri-County Community College digital simulations, courses and freeware specific to advanced manufacturing training programs.
