Description:

This grant provides funding to Warren County to extend sewer infrastructure to serve the interchange of I-85 and US 401. Flexible zoning at the site allows for retail, commercial, industrial, and residential use. These proposed improvements will open up approximately 110 acres for commercial development. The county has lost retail and industrial development opportunities over the past five years at the site because of lack of utilities.
