In January 2022, the Golden LEAF Foundation launched its Community-Based Grants Initiative in the Southeast Prosperity Zone. The $11 million initiative supports the building blocks of economic growth in communities, generally targeting one Prosperity Zone at a time.
The CBGI focuses on projects that address job creation and economic, agriculture, and workforce preparedness. Funding for the CBGI in the Southeast Prosperity Zone is expected to be awarded in February 2023. Learn more about the CBGI in the Southeast Prosperity Zone.
